UPDATE... the work wasn't even done right. They did a break job and never bled the lines. They also broke one of the bleeder valves, which is probably why they didn't bleed the lines. COMPLETE RIP OFF!

SATISFACTION NOT A CONCERN, THE OWNER SAID I DON'T CARE IF YOU COME BACK I HAVE PLENTY OF OTHER CUSTOMERS ...You can read the reviews...some are good some are bad. That's been my experience with this shop. A few years ago I brought a car in for work and was told on top of the original work I would need a new alternator, which was an unrelated repair. I had a hard time believing it was no good since the car was only 4yrs old but what are you going to do right? I was hesitant to go back but it's close and I needed a minor thing done. They did the right thing. A few more minor dealings and the same thing, they did the right thing. I would even sit and have some conversation with John(the owner) about suppliers trying to get over on him and how that's not how to do business. I started to feel like I hade a trust worthy place to bring my 3 cars. So when I sprung a leak on my rear break line naturally I brought it to John. I dropped it off and told him the issue. The reply was ok we'll check it out. I expected abut a $200 job and a call before the work was gonna be done. I believe this to be a normal business practice. After a few days I still hadn't heard from him so I stopped in. My truck was on the lift and there was repairs already done to it. They had replaced a bunch of stuff already and I never got a call. I played it cool thinking I could trust John. But at this point I'm being told that more work needs to be done in the front now including a caliber. I asked what is the bill, to which John replies I don't know I didn't add it up because we are still doing stuff. I said well give me a call, and left. Well again no call and now it's the weekend. So I wait until Monday afternoon and call them. Again I'm initiating any contact. John says that his guy called me on Saturday which I replied that I never received a call. He got very defensive and said well then he's lying to me right? I laughed it off but I don't think it was a joke. I asked him if the truck was done, which it was. Then I asked him what the bill was...$720 if I paid cash! I don't have that kinda money just laying around! I was first expecting a $200 bill then after stopping in and seeing all the other UNAUTHORIZED work that had already been done, I was thinking around $500, agan without asking me if it's ok. Now to be completely honest he said he worked on the bill to bring it done a little already by not charging for all the labor. That may be so...but who really knows. I told him I needed time to get that kinda money together which he was ok with but was not willing to reduce the bill anymore. A few days later I drove by and saw the truck had been parked in the lot with the window open. The next day I saw it open and stopped in to ask him to close it. I was met with a little bit of a attitude but whatever. So when I finally got enough money to pay for the job, I went down. I told John that I wasn't happy with how it all happened and asked why I didn't get asked if I wanted any of the other work done first. Basically the conversation was him telling me it was my fault for not asking (which I did when I stopped in) and me feeling like I had been taken for $720. They spent my money without asking first. I'm not going to go into the whole conversation but it ended with John telling me he has plenty of customers and he doesn't care if I'm not coming back. Think about that before you go there. This guy doesn'tcare if your a repeat customer! In effect you're satisfaction is irrelevant to his style of business!!!

LONG STORY SHORT...IF YOU WANT TO GIVE THESE GUYS A BLANK CHECK, THEN THIS IS THE SPOT!! BUT IF YOUR LIKE ME AND WANT TO BE ASKED IF IT'S OK THEY DO THE WORK AND SPEND YOUR MONEY BEFORE IT'S SPENT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
